Here we are in the last quarter of the year.

The seasons are changing, the Holidays are coming and, for those in Direct Selling, life can get very interesting.

My wife and I know the importance of keeping 'us' in the mix and ensure that we are able to get time together regardless of how erratic the schedule is.

Does it really matter how much money you're making if you're alone?

This week's article is on a topic that is very near and dear to my heart - staying in your center.

Staying in Your Center

Few things are as important to your fulfilling life as the energy & space you are in at any given moment.

Essentially, being in your center.

When you are there, it’s a wonderful space to be in. And, an empowering one. The more centered you are, the less affected you are by anything or anyone around you.

Being in your center is contingent upon you being clear on who you authentically are, and on your daily routine.

It is essential for you to care for yourself on all levels – emotionally, spiritually, physically and mentally.

After all, if you are not doing it for yourself, how can anyone do it for you?

Like most activities in life, it gets easier as you practice and, before long, it will be your natural state of being.

Being centered allows you to operate out of a calm space of positive energy. No matter what life brings to you, you will be able to respond rather than react.

As a human being, there will be something that gets under your skin. The more centered you are, the quicker you are able to return to your empowered space and be back in your power.

Be prepared for others around you to say that you don’t care, or you’re not being realistic when you are not being reactive.

Different things affect people different ways. And, different is not wrong. It simply is.

If you find yourself out of your center, it’s time to take a time out. Give yourself some space to do whatever you need to do, to get yourself back into your preferred space and energy.

Don’t try and accomplish anything important if you are not in your space.

Is it worth taking a small time out for you than doing something important less than well?

These are times when we must be gentle with ourselves. There is nothing more important than you at this time.

It’s not about avoiding or neglecting anything – it’s simply the top priority for you.

When you return to your center, you will know it.

As your journey continues, remember to keep your focus on the most important thing – you, and ensure you do whatever is necessary to keep yourself centered in the most empowered space.
